Literature Text

Voltorb is a Pokemon known to be related to the Pokeball. It has been theorized that it was made by an inventor about three years before the Master Ball project. The inventor, though, was likely not a Silph Company worker, as though while some parts are led back to Silph Company products, other parts have an unknown nature of where they came from, and other parts were still made by other known companies. It seems Voltorb was made to produce free electricity, while having a Pokeball body for safe concealment, but because of its ability to explode, it is very dangerous.

Voltorb is made of several parts, composing an electrical organ system. The first part is a piece of technology commonly known for the reason of expansion and minimization of the Pokeball, only larger. This part allows Voltorb to minimize to avoid being detected, where Voltorb uses this for temporarily shutting down. The next part is what supplies energy to this part, a Silph Company rechargeable battery-normal size. This supplies energy to the minimizing device, while also supplying enough energy so that anything that touches Voltorb while it is minimized is shocked. The third part to be described would be the large machine part that acts as the brain. This part controls the entire unit, while also having memory. The fourth part or parts would be the screens at the front. These allow for an image to be portrayed that explains how the unit is functioning. When angry, there is an abundance of energy, while when tired, a fair to small amount is present. The next part is a speaker that helps the emotion to be expressed, while saying the name of the Pokemon. The sixth part is an industrial-grade rechargeable battery that powers the brain. It is used solely for this purpose, so that the function of the Voltorb is not compromised. The final part is vital to the system, where this is an electricity-producing generator that is constantly recharging the battery units. This generator is powered by movement, namely rolling of the Voltorb, so it is very suitable.
A report over Voltorb, explaining futher its structure.
